Returns

  • If we do something wrong, we will take care of it!
  • If you ordered something in error, you'll be expected to cover shipping both ways. Once we receive your product back, it will be inspected and refunded accordingly.

Exchanges

  • If you ordered something wrong, you'll be expected to cover all shipping and once we receive your product back it will be inspected, and your exchange will be shipped.

Warranties and Guarantees

  • We don't offer any type of warranty on used items. However, we will work with you on any concern regarding a product within 3 days of receiving it.
    • Failure to comply could result in us not being able to assist.
  • Do not remove any security features or markings from our products.

Shipping Claims

Things happen!!

Please follow the directions below. 

As much trust as we put in shipping carriers not to damage things, it still happens, and you have an obligation to follow our process in 3 days after receiving your order.

  • Step 1 Email us photos of the packaging from all angles and the damage to the product (don't be afraid to zoom out) close ups don't always tell the story.
  • Step 2 Follow these directions to begin a recipient claim 
  • Step 3 Email us the claim number
  • Step 4 Don't toss anything (keep the packaging and product as is), please be patient (this part can be hard but trust the process) Claims can take a few weeks to settle and we will work to make it right for you and follow up once we have settled the claim. 
    • There are a few variables, so this doesn't mean you'll get your order replaced or refunded right away, but we will do our best to speed the process along and satisfy our customers even if the shipping carriers won't.
